The World According to Heller: What is Left of Gun Control Under the Second Amendment?

Wednesday, September 17, during lunch (bring your own brown bag), on the recent US Supreme Court decision in Heller, finding that the Second Amendment embodies a constitutional right to possess handguns in the home for self defense, and striking down Washington D.C.’s complete ban on handgun possession.  The event is free.
