Professor Reuel Schiller Receives ABA Award

The American Bar Assocation Section on Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice has bestowed its annual award for scholarship on Hastings Professor Reuel Schiller for his article, The Era of Deference:  Courts, Expertise, and the Emergence of New Deal Administrative Law, 106 Michigan L. Rev. 399 (2007).  Previous recipients of the Section’s award have included such heavy weights as Tom Merrill, Cass Sunstein, Elena Kagan, to name a few. 

The award will be given at a special luncheon in Washington, DC in October.
