Professor Marsha Cohen Podcast - Case of Wyeth v. Levine



Professor Marsha Cohen introduces the case of Wyeth v. Levine,  lawsuit for personal injuries caused by failure to warn of the risks of a prescription drug.  The pharmaceutical company defends on the grounds of federal preemption.  The case, an appeal from the Vermont Supreme Court, is heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on November 3, 2008.
