Hastings Hosts Labor Law Group’s Conference on Proposed Restatement of Employment Law

The Labor Law Group's working conference on the proposed Restatement of Employment Law, a project of the American Law Institute that aims to clarify and simplify the area of employment law, takes place at UC Hastings on February 7. 

Committees composed of labor and employment law experts will meet to discuss and determine revisions to employment law, according to Professor Joseph Grodin, who chairs one of the committees.

Following the conference, the committees' reports will be published in Chicago-Kent's Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal.
