Prof. Martinez Selected to ALI Advisory Committee

Professor Leo P. Martinez was selected to be one of seven academics to serve on the American Law Institute's (ALI) Advisory Committee which will be responsible for the ALI's Principles of Liability Insurance Law project. 

Currently the project consists of three chapters: (1) principles of contract law in the liability insurance context, (2) principles of liability insurance coverage, and (3) principles of the management of insured liabilities.
