Prof. Rory Little Discusses Possibility of New Prop. 8 Trial

In an article in the New York Times, Prof. Rory Little discusses the pending court appeal over the constitutionality of  Proposition 8. The appeals hearing could face a lengthy delay, or an argument could be made for a new trial. Little said that a new trial would be unlikely, but that the judges would carefully consider the motion.
