Kamala Harris ’89 Wins Race for California Attorney General

UC Hastings congratulates San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris '89, who became California Attorney General-elect on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, after Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley conceded the race.

Harris was first elected DA in 2003 and was reelected to a second term in 2007.
