Prof. Marsha Cohen on KQED Radio

Marsha Cohen, Honorable Raymond L. Sullivan Professor of Law, shared her thoughts on KQED's "Perspectives" about the importance of leadership and the positive changes she witnessed during Gov.-elect Jerry Brown's previous tenure as governor of California. As an example, she cited Brown's signing of the Public Member Act, which gave ordinary citizens majority control of most regulatory boards.
Cohen was a two-term member of the California State Board of Pharmacy and its first non-pharmacist president.
