Prof. Joan Williams Discusses Work-Family Conflict on KQED

Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for WorkLife Law Joan C. Williams appeared on KQED's "Forum with Michael Krasny" on Dec. 13 to discuss her recent book, "Reshaping the Work-Family Debate: Why Men and Class Matter." Williams argues that the U.S. should implement more family-friendly policies for the workplace and brings to the forefront the impact of work-family conflict on men and working class families.
