Faculty, Students Quoted Extensively About Prop. 8 Oral Arguments

UC Hastings was designated by the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals as an official remote viewing location for the Proposition 8 oral arguments on Dec. 6, 2010. Faculty experts and students gathered at the Louis B. Mayer Lounge to watch the oral arguments and were interviewed by various media outlets regarding the proceedings.  

Faculty quoted before and after the hearing included:

• Professor David Levine on KQED's "The California Report" and KQED's "Forum With Michael Krasny" and in The Recorder.
