Hastings - YMCA Partnership

Hastings and the YMCA have executed a five-year lease for approximately 5,500 square feet at 387 Golden Gate Avenue as an interim location necessitated by the sale of the YMCA Central facility at Golden Gate and Leavenworth. As part of the lease, the YMCA will be developing the vacant site adjacent  to the Hastings Parking Garage  for outdoor athletics (e.g., basketball, volleyball, etc.).  Its use can be scheduled with Jackie Ortega, Director of Student Services.  The work should be completed by January 2010.
