Professor Rory Little moderates the Annual Review of the Supreme Court's 09 Term:  Criminal Cases.  Topics discussed include guns, Miranda, juries, sentencing and habeas.

Panel members include the Honorable W. Scott Bales, Justice, Arizona Supreme Court, Professor Pamela S. Karlan, Stanford University Law School, Leondra R. Kruger, Assistant to the Solicitor General for the United States, and Professor Stephen A. Saltzburg, George Washington University Law School.
