’04 / Brian Malloy was selected to Northern California Rising Stars 2012 by Super Lawyers. He previously received this distinction in 2010 and 2011. He was also listed in the Recorder’s Top California Settlements of 2011. Brian is with the Brandi Law Firm in San Francisco, where he lives with his wife, Aimee. / Steve Ngo was re-elected to the San Francisco Community College board. / Kieron G. Johnson, LLM, from London, England, married Karan Y. Vidal on the sunny island of Cyprus in May 2012. ’03 / Anne Hydorn was promoted to partner at Hanson Bridgett in the employee benefits section. She counsels both large and small entities regarding ongoing administration and compliance issues related to ERISA, tax compliance, compensation and withholding issues, plan amendments, internal procedures, qualification of domestic relations orders, and determination letter applications. / Rebekah (Jackson) Sapirstein joined Wells Fargo Wealth Management in the fall of 2012 as a vice president and senior fiduciary advisory Legal Virtuoso Steven Miller ’04 was promoted to partner at Hanson Bridgett in the public agency section and assists local government agencies, in particular commuter rail operators and transit districts, with a wide variety of legal issues. His areas of expertise include all issues specific to commuter rail, public contracts and procurements, regulatory and intergovernmental agreements, constitutional issues, election law, and government ethics. Beyond the practice of law, Steven is also an accomplished had a baby this summer, Jack Forrest Welter. Tech Law Garden specializes in contract negotiation and advice and counseling for startups and individuals on all issues that relate to or arise out of technology.
