About the UC Hastings Events Calendar

Find out what's happening at UC Hastings (on campus & off) plus "Court/Time" and other neighborhood events at events.uchastings.edu. 

The UC Hastings Events Calendar has been built to quickly reflect changes, corrections, and updates. Despite our best efforts, however, some information may be incorrect, or we may not have information on an event you want to attend. We regret any inconvenience caused as a result.

Submitting Events

If you represent an academic department, organization, or student group that does not have a calendar administrator, you may submit your event through our online event submission form.

1. Go to http://events.uchastings.edu
2. Click the link on the upper right-hand side that says "Submit Events"
3. Click the link to the "Open Admissions Form"
4. Fill out your info (see below for information related to images) 
5. Hit "Preview" and then "Finish"

Events are reviewed, edited, and added to the calendar at the discretion of the calendar editor and administrators. New events will generally be posted within two business days of submission (or sooner).

Events Images on the Calendar

• The image must be either a .GIF or a .JPG and the maximum file size should not exceed 80K.
• The maximum pixel size of an uploaded image when displayed to the visitor on any screen is 280 X 280 pixels.
• The aspect ratio of any image that you upload will remain constant.

Modifications

If you need to change information associated with a submitted event (updates, room changes, cancellations) please email communications@uchastings.edu with your requested updates or work with your program's calendar administrator. 

Room Reservations

The UC Hastings Calendar is not set up to take room reservations at this time. To make a reservation for a classroom, meeting space, or event space, please make use of the College's Astra Schedule program. For guidance in using Astra, please visit the Room Reservation guidepage.
