"Remember when the bookstore was in the gym and the library was in the LBM?"
- Dan Vermillion
"My favorite memory was at a Beer on the Beach during 3L year. BOB was commencing as usual with a large host of students on the beach, and suddenly, without warning, cop cars converge in all directions on a car at the intersection of Hyde and McAllister, right in view for all of us to see from the beach. An officer got on his bullhorn demanding the driver get out of his car and put his hands up. As he stepped out of his car, students from the beach started shouting at him, “Don’t tell them anything! You have the right to have an attorney present!” and “Need legal advice?” It was a beautiful example of the literal and figurative intersection between the law and practice at our school."
