Radhika Rao
Interested in legal debates about whether the human body should be treated as a form of property or protected under the rubric of privacy rights? Meet Professor RADHIKA RAO, whose achievements range from clerkships with two U.S. Supreme Court judges to nationally recognized research in such evolving areas of constitutional law as abortion and genetics, to serving on two of California's most important commissions on human cloning. "Many of the big questions of our time eventually have become legal questions," says the former Fulbright scholar. "At UC Hastings, we focus on providing students with the legal knowledge and tools they need to explore these questions and analyze them in connection with life in the real world." | ![]() |
