Accommodations and Rates

McAllister Tower has 252 apartments available for students. The following outlines the type and number of apartments, and the maximum number of occupants. Rates are subject to change.

Current Housing Rates

All units include a modular kitchen unit (dorm size refrigerator, sink with disposal, 2-3 burner stove with oven), full bathroom and ample closet space. The two bedroom units include an apartment size refrigerator. Utilities (electricity, gas, water and refuse disposal) are included with the monthly rental rate.

The two bedroom penthouse units include a dining area, tiled kitchen counter with dishwasher, and two full bathrooms.

Price variation of units depends on the location of the unit. Most units on the 9th floor and above offer a view. All apartments are UNFURNISHED. We have 20 units designated for exchange students that are semi-furnished. Please note that our elevators will not accept furniture longer than 7 feet. In an effort to make the students’ move as easy as possible, Housing Services request 10 business days prior notice in order to reserve an elevator for one hour.

Children are welcome at the tower; however, residents with children should understand that noise must be held to a minimum and that neighborhood play areas are limited. Pets are not allowed.

McAllister Tower is a state owned facility and smoking is prohibited within 30 feet of the front entrance. This policy will be enforced at McAllister Tower.
