Law Students for Participatory Economics (LSPE)

Purpose: To encourage maximum democracy in the workplace, school, government and business. The organization strives to educate and reform existing laws to allow for decentralization of decision making to promote a self-managed, liberating and equal society.
Bylaws (reaffirmed for 2012-2013)
UC Hastings College of the Law was founded in 1878 as the first law department of the University of California. We are located in San Francisco’s Civic Center—steps from City Hall, the State and Federal Buildings, the State Supreme, Superior and Appellate Courts, as well as the United States District Court and Court of Appeals.
