UC Hastings' Child Care Rebate Program

Application Form Deadline for Fall 2012 is Monday December 3, 2012; 5:00pm; Deadline for Spring 2013 is tentatively Wednesday May 1, 2013.

UC Hastings students who are eligible for need-based financial aid and have child care expenses may apply for a child care expense rebate for a maximum of $1000 each semester.  The specific amount is dependent upon the available funds, the number of eligible applicants, and other factors.  To be eligible you must submit an application form, attach documentation of the child care expenses and proof of age for children ages 12 and under. You must apply every semester that you want the rebate, but you only need to submit proof of age the first time you apply. After that, you still must submit the application form and documentation of childcare expenses each semester.  Please note this is for childcare expenses - not tuition for children in school. Application forms and additional information are available in Students Services, Room 254, 200 McAllister.  The Child Care Rebate Program is funded by UC Hastings students and the UC Hastings Board of Directors.
