Events Calendar

When classes are in session the Student Services Office emails to Hastings' students, faculty and staff a calendar list of "Next Week’s Events at Hastings."  Generally these are sent on Fridays and include events for the following week.  The deadline for items is noon, Thursday, August 20th.

Guidelines for Submission of Calendar Items: Calendar items are limited to those planned by or involve Hastings’ registered student organizations, administrative offices and faculty.  Graphics and attachments will not be included. URLs are ok, and please include Hastings’ email addresses only.  Listings may be edited and will not be sent more than once.  Please see prior calendar emails (below) for the preferred format.  The deadline to email calendar items to studentservices@uchastings.edu is noon each Thursday.
