Purpose: To promote a positive atmosphere at Hastings for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, intersex, aesexual, two-spirit, and queer students and their allies. The objective of OUTLAW is to educate the community-at-large about the issues and concerns specific to the LGBT community to help alleviate and eradicate homophobia and other affronts to human dignity.

UC Hastings Outlaw and American Constitution Society present On October 21, 2011:

The Other Letters: Examining the growing LGBTQQAAAII2 acronym in today's changing legal landscape. A symposium discussing the sometimes incorporation of transgender, intersex, two-spirit, bisexual and asexual people under the umbrella of "gay rights" or "queer rights" and the distinct legal challenges these populations face.
