Celebrating Women's History Month!

March is Women’s History Month and the UC Law SF Library is celebrating by highlighting some of its resources on women and the law.

Several of the Library’s subscription databases provide content on women’s history. HeinOnline’s Women & the Law database includes academic articles and government documents on women’s rights. Topics include abortion rights, women’s suffrage, education, and employment. The database also provides biographies of famous women who worked in the law and allows researchers to search for articles, court briefs, and other documents published by these women.

JSTOR includes 36 journals and nearly 2,000 ebooks on feminist and women’s studies.  You can browse the collection here.

The Library also boasts a number of published works on law and gender and the women’s rights movement.
