Bio
Hanifa Baporia is an in-house attorney specializing in complex commercial and technology transactions and privacy. Ms. Baporia studied at Cal for her BS in Business Administration. She studied law at Hastings and graduated in 1993. She also studied European law in Leiden, Netherlands. She has been negotiating complex transactions for 27 years at Hewlett-Packard Company, Cooley Godward and Sun Microsystems. She is currently an in-house attorney at Oracle Corporation. She has provided training and mentorship to junior attorneys.
Ms. Baporia lives with her husband and boys in Marin County. In her free time, she likes to hike, bike, bake, and travel.
