Tuition grants
There are a limited number of need-based grants available to CSL students in the form of tuition waivers. To be considered for a grant, please indicate on your CSL application that you are interested in need-based aid. UC Law SF may reduce or deny grants awarded to students who have other financial aid resources, other than federal or private student loans.
FEDERAL Financial Aid
Full-time students and part-time students (U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents only) who are taking at least five credit hours a semester are eligible for the federal loan program, which includes the Unsubsidized Stafford Loans and Graduate PLUS Loans. As soon as possible after being admitted to the program, CSL students applying for financial aid should submit the FAFSA and the UC Law SF Financial Aid Supplement form.
