MSL Litigation and Legal Process Specialization

The Litigation and Legal Process specialization gives MSL students a firm understanding of the litigation process and builds essential practical skills. Students can take a variety of electives including contract drafting, mediation, and facilitation. A keen understanding of the litigation process sets our MSL students apart from their peers and positions them well for career success. Litigation and Legal Process is designed for people who interact on behalf of others in the legal system. This specialization may be particularly useful for paralegals, court reporters, and expert witnesses.
