Early Interview Program

The Early Interview Program (EIP; “Summer OCIs”) is an efficient, streamlined process for interviewing UC Law SF’s rising 2Ls for summer positions and rising 3Ls for permanent post-J.D. positions. Employers may prescreen résumés and select up to 75 percent of their interview candidates. EIP is ideal for employers with larger summer programs and recurring recruiting schedules.

The 2023 Early Interview Program will take place from Tuesday, August 1st through Friday August 4th, 2023 virtually via Flo Recruit. Employer registration opens Friday, March 17th at 12:00 PM PT and closes Thursday, June 8th at 5:00 PM PT via 12Twenty.

NOTE REGARDING PRE-RECRUITING:

UC Law SF allows employers registered for EIP to engage in pre-recruiting and interviewing.  To help address potential inequities in this process, we ask that all employers who register for EIP and engage in pre-recruiting, please provide details about this process when registering for EIP.  Additionally, we ask employers to provide students interviewed prior to EIP with regular updates of their status, including as of two weeks prior to the start of EIP, so they can make fully informed decisions.
