As part of the Fall Speaker Series put on by the UC Hastings Center on Tax Law, the University of San Diego, and UC Davis, Leigh Osofsky, the William D. Spry III Distinguished Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Faculty Development at the University of North Carolina School of Law, will be presenting “the Surprising Significance of De Minimis Tax Rules” on Monday, November 9th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, PDT.
The USD-Davis-Hastings Tax Law Speaker Series features leading academics who present their research on current tax issues. The Tax Speaker Series is open to faculty, students, staff, and other affiliates of UC Hastings. This event is in collaboration with the University of San Diego and UC Davis.
