September 20 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This symposium will focus on current issues in US-Japan cross-border IP disputes with a top IP judge in Japan, who will be the keynote speaker, and three panelists, who will discuss the issue from the perspective of an American lawyer mainly practicing in the United States, the perspective of a Japanese lawyer practicing in the United States, and the perspective of a Japanese lawyer practicing in Japan. The symposium is open to the public free of charge, and we expect a highly engaged discussion.
