Hastings Law Journal Symposium: The Jurisprudence of Justice Anthony M. Kennedy – Four Decades of Influence

U.C. Hastings and its flagship law journal will sponsor an all-day symposium on its campus in San Francisco on the Jurisprudence of Justice Kennedy. Featuring a conversation with Justice Anthony M. Kennedy.
Because of space limitations, this event is open to the UC Hastings community.
The symposium will include papers and presentations addressing:
— Justice Kennedy’s impact on First Amendment doctrine and issues.
— Due Process rights, including LGBT rights and same-sex discrimination.
— The overall impact of Justice Kennedy’s judicial work on the U.S. Supreme Court as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and on American law generally.
