Do you have 6 minutes (0.1 billable hours) to spare to improve your mental well-being? Take some time for self-care and attend the weekly drop-in guided meditation session! Drop-in any time between 3:30 to 4:15 for guided meditation split into 6 minute sessions. First session starts shortly after 3:30 and will continue every 6 minutes until 4:15. Stay for one session and go or stay for multiple sessions!
Meditation and mindfulness can help whether you are feeling stressed or anxious, or just want to refresh your mind and body. No experience required! This session is designed for everyone, including those with no meditation or mindfulness experience.
