UC Law presents the spring 2023 Restorative Justice colloquium series where leading experts in the field engage critical questions of restorative and transformative justice theory, practice, and praxis. Interrogating traditional punitive and retributive approaches, speakers will examine restorative community and state-centered approaches aimed at dismantling structural pathways that drive intersectional inequity in the United States and abroad.
