Bio
Adjunct Professor Ausra Deluard has over a decade of experience in antitrust merger investigations. She is currently a partner and co-chair of Dentons’ US antitrust practice. She regularly counsels clients through complex antitrust merger investigations, risk assessments and negotiations, and premerger notifications.
Professor Deluard received her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley and her B.S. and B.S.C. from Santa Clara University.
