Adjunct Professor of Law


Darshan Brach’s dispute resolution career spans over 22 years.  She began her legal career in as an environmental lawyer in1988 and became a mediation professional, trainer and professor in the mid-1990’s.  Since moving to the Bay Area in 2005, she has taught Mediation at Berkeley Law, Hastings College of the Law, Stanford Law School and Santa Clara School of Law.  Between 2006 and 2012, she co-taught and supervised students in the Mediation Clinic at Hastings. During that time, Professor Brach also created and delivered dispute mediation trainings to the San Francisco Superior Court and the California Public Utilities Commission.  She has mediated as a panelist for the U.S. District Court, California Northern District since 2006 and is also a practicing Marriage and Family Therapist.
