David
Casarrubias ’18

Adjunct Professor of Law

Biography

David Casarrubias is an Associate with Hanson Bridgett’s Appellate Practice Group, where he focuses on writs, appeals, and law and motion. He’s litigated appeals before the Ninth Circuit and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. In addition to appellate litigation, David has experience litigating a variety of business disputes and has a robust practice representing government agencies throughout California. David also maintains an active pro bono practice covering an array of topics, including domestic violence, civil harassment, immigration, and civil appeals.

David graduated from Hastings in 2018.  In law school, David was co-chair of Hastings’ nationally ranked moot court team and participated in the Hastings Appellate Project as student counsel.  David is still involved with Hastings Moot Court as an alumni coach.
