Bio

Jasmine Blackmeir is a partner at Potomac Law Group, PLLC, where she negotiates complex commercial real estate transactions. Before joining PLG, she was counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and at Bingham McCutchen in their San Francisco and Washington, DC offices. Jasmine’s practice involves all facts of real estate, including acquisitions, sales, and financings of various projects such as multifamily properties, industrial warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, and commercial condominiums. Her clients include developers, equity investors, landlords and tenants, financial institutions, and hotel owners and operators.

In addition to teaching negotiations at UC Law SF, Jasmine is a passionate and frequent guest lecturer on the topics of negotiations, women in business and real estate, and the power of being yourself in a negotiation, at institutions such as Stanford Law School, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, UC Law SF, and others.

Jasmine is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, and Texas Woman’s University. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband, 2 daughters, and english lab.
