Biography

Jennifer Freeland teaches Legal Ethics, Professional Responsibility, and Torts. As Director of 1L Academic Skills Instruction, Jennifer assists with the development, implementation, and instruction of the 1L Sack Program. Additionally, Jennifer meets individually with students to help them achieve academic success.

Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Hastings in 2014, and she is thrilled to now serve as a faculty member at her alma mater. After graduating from law school, she spent two years as a litigator, first in general civil practice at Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP, followed by plaintiff-side employment litigation at Swan Employment Law.

Jennifer has a passion for musical theater and Jane Austen.
