Bio
Mark D’Argenio graduated from Hastings in 2005. He is a partner at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, where he specializes in environmental disputes, construction litigation, tort and injury defense, and appellate practice. He represents a variety of clients, including some of the nation’s largest builders and environmental professionals.
While at Hastings, Professor D’Argenio participated in several Moot Court competitions, both as a competitor and as a coach. In 2005, he won the National Moot Court Competition and the Prince Evidence Moot Court Competition. He currently teaches Moot Court and Appellate Advocacy, and serves as a coach for various Hastings Moot Court competition teams.
