Bio

Adjunct Professor Sam Farkas is the Vice President of Instruction and Online Education at BARBRI. In this role, he heads all educational aspects of BARBRI’s Innovations and iLaw divisions, which includes developing curricula delivered at law schools across the country to more than 5,000 students each year. He has created some of BARBRI’s most innovative online course offerings, including the Critical Studies 3: 3L Bar Review course. Professor Farkas serves as an adjunct professor and teaches credit-bearing courses on law school and bar exam success skills. He is also a BARBRI national bar review lecturer and specializes in helping students prepare for the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE).

Professor Farkas is passionate about teaching and helping students gain the confidence and competence necessary to succeed in law school, on the bar exam and beyond. He presents to faculty and administration nationwide on how to strengthen programming to improve bar outcomes and how to sharpen students’ problem-solving, reading, and critical thinking skills.

Professor Farkas graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University College of Law and has passed the Florida and Georgia bar exams. He currently lives in Tallahassee, Florida, and can also be seen each week as the host of Powerball.
